For larger groups we have great pleasure in introducing Coconut Villa on Anna Maria Island.
It is an incredible 6 bedroom/4 bathroom property which is very reasonably priced for up to
12 guests. We can accept a further 4 guests at extra charge. What better for your family reunion
than spending your time together on Anna Maria Island in this beautiful island home with its own
private pool. Situated in a quiet residential street on the north end of Bradenton Beach, close
to the Holmes Beach border, the property is in the perfect situation, close to our 7 miles white
sand beaches and the bay waters, near the local grocery store and has easy access to the mainland
as it lies equidistant between the two bridges that connect the island to the mainland.
Modern island style architecture, new décor and good quality furnishings await you, plus our
housekeeping service will have fresh crisp linens on the beds, towels in all 4 bathrooms and have
the place cleaned and polished from top to bottom. All the bedrooms have a queen size bed and all
the bathrooms have a tub/shower combo so everyone gets a fair deal when it comes to allocating out
the accommodation. All you have to do is get your family group together, then come on down to
Anna Maria Island and spend some quality time together. |
